How online Time Clock App works
Open the link on mobile
Staff open the app link in the browser on their own phone (Safari on iPhone) and sign in.
Add it to the home screen
Add it to the home screen once and the icon sits on the phone like any other app — no app store involved.
Clock in with a face scan
Tap check-in and scan the face; the system checks it is the employee and a live person, and checks the location.
Clock out at the end of the shift
Scan again on the way out. If someone forgets to check out, supervisors get a push; recorded hours go on to payroll for shift / frontline staff.

Questions about online Time Clock App
Does the time clock app need the App Store or Play Store?
No. Open the link in the phone browser and add it to the home screen — it works like a regular app.
Does it work on iPhone?
Yes, on both iPhone and Android. On iPhone, open it in Safari to add it to the home screen and receive notifications (NFC tag tapping is Android only).
What if an employee has no phone, or no camera?
Set up a tablet as a shared face-scan point at the branch, or let a supervisor with permission face-scan to clock them in.
Can staff clock in with no signal?
