FAQ
Questions about accounting, Inventory & Purchasing
Do we have to turn on both accounting and inventory?
No. Accounting and inventory & purchasing can be turned on separately — or use payroll on its own.
Can it produce a trial balance or balance sheet?
Not yet. It has a chart of accounts, balances, activity per account and a general ledger register with period lock, but no trial balance or balance sheet reports.
Does it connect to FlowAccount?
You can import expense documents from Excel files exported from FlowAccount. There is no live connection.
Can staff request items from mobile?
Yes. Request from the employee app with multi-step approval, track status, receive and return items, and discuss in the request thread.
Can we invoice clients from actual shifts worked?
Yes. Invoices, billing statements and receipts are built from actual shifts worked, including OT, shortfall and penalties, and you can issue credit / debit notes.
