OrgFlow

Payroll software at each branch's rate, calculated from actual hours for shift staff

No more compiling attendance files, leave forms, OT and advances from different places at month-end — OrgFlow pulls actual working time for shift / frontline staff and approved items, and calculates them at each branch's rate. Review, close the period, and staff can view their own payslips on mobile right away.

Before OrgFlow

Common problems

Compiling data from many files

Attendance is in one place, leave forms in another, OT and advances in chat — all reconciled by hand every pay period.

Different rates per branch

Wages, OT and allowances differ by branch or unit, and mistakes are easy when staff move around.

Staff keep asking about payslips

Payslips go out on paper or as files one by one, and staff ask about their amounts again every month.

How it works

How payroll Software works

  1. Actual hours from attendance

Shift / frontline staff are paid from check-in/check-out times tied to shifts; incomplete shifts are held for review — no re-keying of hours.

  2. Approved OT, leave and advances

Approved items enter the payroll run (whether OT needs approval is configurable per OT type), and you can trace who approved them.

  3. Calculated at the rates you set

Wages and OT are calculated at the site, position or provincial minimum-wage rate where the employee actually worked in that period.

  4. Close the period, send payslips

Review totals and close the period; staff see payslips on mobile, and you can export Excel files for bank transfers.

Key capabilities

What it does

  • Rates per site / province / person

Set wages, allowances and OT rates per site or position, or link to provincial minimum-wage zones with dated rates; per-person rates can override the site rate.

  • Shift staff paid from actual hours

Shift / frontline staff are paid daily from actual check-ins tied to shifts; office staff get a monthly salary with leave / absence deductions.

  • Advances and deductions

Advances and other deductions roll into the payroll run automatically.

  • Payroll hold for incomplete data

Shifts with incomplete attendance are held automatically, and HR can hold an individual's pay.

  • Social security & withholding tax

Social security at the rates and caps you set, flat-rate withholding tax and 50 Tawi certificates — see the social security & withholding tax page.

  • Mobile payslips + Excel transfer files

Staff view their own payslips in the app, and you export Excel transfer files for payroll (no live bank connection).
