# OrgFlow

> OrgFlow is a Thai workforce-management SaaS for any business whose staff work in shifts or across many locations — retail and restaurants, factories and warehouses, hotels, hospitals and clinics, contract-service firms that place staff at client sites, construction and field-service teams. It covers shift rostering, face-scan + GPS time attendance, live headcount, multi-step approvals, payroll (shift staff paid from actual attendance at per-location rates), social security and withholding-tax paperwork, expense advances, and an optional client portal. The main database is hosted on servers in Thailand.

OrgFlow (โปรแกรมจัดตารางกะ ลงเวลาสแกนหน้า และคิดเงินเดือน สำหรับธุรกิจที่มีพนักงานหลายสาขา) has three surfaces sharing one dataset:

- **ERP** (sign in at https://orgflow.tech/login) — back office for admins, HR, branch managers and supervisors: rosters, approvals, payroll, company settings.
- **PWA** — mobile web app for staff: check-in/out with face scan and GPS, own roster, leave requests, payslips. No app-store install needed.
- **Cust** (optional) — client portal for businesses that place staff at client sites: each client sees only its own locations' rosters, live headcount and staff check-in times; payroll, wages and rates are never shown.

## Features

- Shift roster per location / post with day, night and day-off cells; work-area assignment; understaffed / overstaffed slots stand out in the roster (highlighted, not notifications).
- Check-in/out on the phone with face match plus liveness / anti-spoofing; GPS checked on every check-in (radius, multiple zones or polygon). By default out-of-area check-ins are allowed but flagged with the distance; blocking can be switched on per site. Photos and timestamps kept as evidence for the retention period the company sets.
- More check-in options: shared tablet kiosk at a branch, QR codes at the site, NFC tag tap at check-in (Android only), and offline check-in that syncs later. Patrol rounds: checkpoints verified by GPS, GPS + QR or GPS + typed NFC ID.
- Live attendance per location: missing posts and overstaffing stand out on the live status screen; forgotten check-outs send a push notification to supervisors.
- Leave, advance and OT requests with a configurable multi-step Approval Matrix and approval history.
- Payroll: shift / frontline staff are paid daily from actual check-in/out tied to the roster; office staff on monthly salary with leave / absence deductions. Deductions and advances included; mobile payslips (PDF).
- OT rates set per site, position or provincial minimum wage (OT is not auto-multiplied by statutory rates); OT approval configurable per OT type; approved OT flows into payroll. Holiday pay multipliers configurable per holiday.
- Provincial minimum-wage zones: site rates follow wage zones by effective date; per-person rates can override.
- Social security: contribution rate by effective date with floor / ceiling, per-person override, SSO 1-10 file export.
- Withholding tax: flat %, fixed amount or none per person; 50 Tawi withholding certificates generated from paid payroll (no progressive tax tables or PND 1 filing).
- Field reports with photos (daily, site visit, handover, incident), exportable as PDF / JPG.
- Expense advances incl. emergency advances repaid in installments, and batch transfer documents with Excel export (no live bank connection).
- Per-page permissions (view / edit / full) by role; key changes are auditable and views of sensitive data are logged.
- Security: 2FA, account lockout after repeated wrong passwords, masking of sensitive data, backups every 4 hours, company-wide data export (PDPA data portability).
- Works from a single location upward; self-service Excel import (employees, sites, clients, holidays, deductions, etc.) plus onboarding help.
